Dear FSD colleagues,
Welcome back to another semester. I hope the fall semester is beginning well for all of you. On the call for papers site (link on the upper left of this page) are notices that may be of interest, including a call for papers for the 2007 ICA conference in San Francisco. I hope you all can make it - it should be a wonderful conference.
Please e-mail Vicki Mayer, the Feminist Scholarship Division's vice chair and program planner, if you are willing to review papers for the conference. Having organized the conference for the past few years, I know that we need as many reviewers as we can get. If you are able, please drop Vicki a line and tell her you will help out. Also please include your area of expertise so that she will know which papers to assign to you. Her e-mail address is: vmayer(AT)tulane.edu. Your help is not just appreciated, but is vital to the success of the conference and the division.
Also, if you haven't already, check out our new and improved website, revised by our wonderful webmistress Rosa Martey. You can access it through the ICA homepage or at: http://www.icahdq.org/divisions/feminist/index.htm
